Resident Evil 5 advertised only for 360 in the UK

As with most multiplatform titles, Resident Evil 5 is now being advertised in the UK on Xbox 360, showing the logo at the end and another advertisement of the red Xbox 360 bundle with no mention of the PlayStation 3 version. Looks like Microsoft got dips on the advertising here.
EA did the same with Dead Space and 2K did the same with GTA IV, so this is no surprise. It’s uncertain how this will effect sales of the PS3 version in the UK, but in Europe as a whole there’s a fair chance that it will sell just a little bit more on the PlayStation 3. The same was done for Devil May Cry 4 with that very result. DMC4 also cost a little more for PS3 but luckily this isn’t the case this time around.
