The recently announced Ju-On game for the Wii was announced for Japan without any sign of release for non Japanese Ju-On fans. The game will now be coming to North American Wiis this October.
Also unveiled is the games rather interesting co-op feature. Another player can use a 2nd Wiimote to bring about scary moments on the fly. So players can take part in scaring their friends as well.

The Ju-On game based on the franchise of the same name has now been renamed “Feel”. The name change may be due to the immersion people will have when playing with the Wiimote. The game is a FPF (First Person Flashlighter…) of some sort. No hints at weapons or a way to damage the ghostly apparitions headed your way. Feel puts you in the role of a frightened person only wielding a flashlight while he or she explores a haunted mansion. We have the full trailer after the break.
[UPDATE] It appears that we and our sources got lost in translation. The games developer is called Feel. The games real title is Fear Experience: Ju-on. So Ju-On it is.
Ju-On or known as The Grudge outside of Japan is coming to the Nintendo Wii along side 2 more Japanese films by the same name. All 3 projects will be helmed by series director Takashi Shimizu. The Ju-On game pits a family against the forces of evil in a haunted mansion. No, this is not a sequel to the horrible Eddie Murphy film. The game will also have a multiplayer mode of sorts. So if Japanese horror with scary crawling moms and meowing naked kids are your kind of thing (We don’t judge) then this game is worth your attention. No word if the game is going to release out side of Japan.
